The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, sequential BIM environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain BIM library content, standards, templates, and model organization that supports architectural, structural, MEP drawings and details as necessary to fabricate residential and commercial buildings per customer specifications
  • Ensure models are suitable for required outputs (documentation, coordination, fabrication, or IFC exchange)
  • Identify and resolve modeling issues, warnings, and inconsistencies
  • Use BIM tools, scripts, or built‑in automation to improve efficiency
  • Assist with data extraction, schedules, and reporting
  • Support third party vendors and programmers with testing and implementation of add-ons or integration with other software
  • Provide technical BIM support to designers and project teams
  • Develop and maintain BIM documentation, guides, and best practices
  • Assist with onboarding and training related to BIM tools and standards
  • Assist in 3D modeling and drawing development as required
Qualifications
  • Training or equivalent experience in either Engineering, Architecture, Technology, Computer Science or Software Development.
  • 2-5 years experience working in a BIM‑based role with proficiency in one or more BIM or 3D modeling platforms: Revit, ARCHICAD, Vectorworks, Rhino, or similar
  • Exposure to BIM automation or scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)
  • Strong attention to detail and model accuracy
  • Technically confident and process‑oriented
  • Organized and methodical in managing digital information
  • Clear communicator with design and technical teams
  • Motivated to improve efficiency and model quality
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects or teams
