We are searching for a Senior Immigration Consultant to join our Immigration Team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity

• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on immigration programs, ensuring compliance with all federal and provincial legislation with a focus on Atlantic Canada and Ontario
• Assess and adjudicate complex immigration cases, determining appropriate pathways for foreign nationals from hire through to permanent residency
• Provide consultation and guidance to Recruitment, HR Business Partners, and leaders on immigration-related matters
• Lead and support the immigration compliance audit process, including reporting, follow-up, and risk mitigation
• Oversee and provide guidance to Immigration Consultants and Assistants, including onboarding, training, and quality review of applications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, to support successful immigration outcomes and program alignment

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) designation with active membership in good standing
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an Immigration Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and pathways
• Experience managing complex immigration cases and providing end-to-end application support
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Valid driver's license
