What You Will Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Parts Department team, creating a positive and accountable culture
• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure parts needs are met quickly and professionally
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and returns to maintain optimal stock while controlling costs
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines
• Monitor department performance, financials, and reporting to drive profitability and continuous improvement
• Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Support a customer first environment by resolving issues quickly and professionally

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment preferred
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team
• Deep understanding of parts inventory management and dealership operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• A people first mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Experience working with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts programs
