Salary Range: $46,251 - $57,812 per annum

YOUR FOCUS

Reporting to Assistant Director, Strategic Marketing, Sales & Communication, the Digital Campaigns Specialist develops and manages targeted digital campaigns to attract and engage learners across continuing education, customized training, and lifelong learning programs. The role focuses on driving enrollment and retention through data-driven strategy, platform optimization, and personalized outreach.

  • Implement digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Linked-In, and email, based on strategic plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaign components, including audience targeting, scheduling, and creative deployment.
  • Stay up to date on the functions and benefits of the different social media platforms and understand where and how to implement emerging marketing trends.
  • Track key performance indicators using analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Make recommendations for adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness, including refining targeting, messaging, and platform use, in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create campaign assets such as visuals, copy, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Ensure all materials align with UNB's brand standards and effectively communicate value to target audiences.
  • Produce and edit video content to support digital campaigns and learner engagement including scripting, filming, and post-production for promotional videos, learner testimonials, and program highlights.
  • Manage and archive digital content across platforms such as YouTube, Vocal Video, and Canva.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems using tools like OneDrive and OneNote to ensure easy access, version control, and long-term storage of campaign materials.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the unit's strategic goals and operational needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 2-year diploma in a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or multimedia content creation - ideally with an educational, non-profit, or service-oriented environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Strengths

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, Vocal Video), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Strong skills in visual design, copywriting, and multimedia production for digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing content in cloud-based systems like OneDrive, OneNote, and archiving assets across platforms such as YouTube and Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and collaborative communication. Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Digital Marketing, or similar credentials.
