Summer Student

OMISTA Credit Union is looking for a Summer Student to join our Oromocto Team.

THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Oromocto team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a summer contract. As a CSR, you will be the face of our credit union, providing exceptional customer service to our members while assisting with various banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner.
• Provide information on products and services offered by OMISTA.
• Ensure accuracy and security in all transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling member information.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, preferably in a Business-Related Program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience in Cash handling an asset.
