Job Offer: Class 1 Yard Shunter

Hourly Wage: $26.00/hr.

Evening and/or Weekend Premium: +$2.00/hr

Schedule: Afternoon, and evening shifts available. 8 hour shifts.

Location: Montreal

We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for a full-time yard shunting role in Montreal. This position involves safely maneuvering trailers within a steady-paced yard environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-trip requirements
• Follow company procedures and protocols.
• Move trailers within the yard utilizing both tablet and radio
• 15 to 30 average moves per shift
• Work as a team and demonstrate a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience Shunting or local deliveries (City P&D).
• Clean driver record.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Mindful of safety details
