The Opportunity
As a Senior Advisor, you will be a professional member of our Advisory Services, Financial Accounting (SCCF) team. In Canada, our specialized SCCF team consists of financial information and accounting advisory professionals located in five offices. We possess technical accounting expertise in IFRS as well as Canadian and U.S. GAAP, practical experience in financial reporting processes and internal controls, and an in-depth understanding of industries and regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a variety of engagements (research on the application of accounting standards to various transactions, assessment of financial and governance processes, support in transitioning to a new accounting framework, benchmarking practices across different organizations, designing and delivering customized training, etc.)
Skills and Qualities for Success
- Prepare clear deliverables tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (M&A, due diligence, tax, valuation, etc.).
- Understand clients' industry sectors and stay informed about accounting and regulatory trends and developments.

- Use technology to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work on multiple engagements in a deadline?driven environment.
- Eligibility Requirements
- A degree in accounting or a major in a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and a Canadian CPA designation or an equivalent credential.
- Experience in audit or in industry related to financial statement close processes or the application of accounting standards.
- A strong team?player mindset.
- A commitment to delivering high?quality work.
- The ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
