Job Details:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our construction team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized and supporting a team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to help keep our construction projects moving forward smoothly.

- Supporting Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Tracking schedules, project milestones, and key deliverables
- Coordinating communication between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Assisting with procurement activities including purchase orders and material tracking
- Supporting cost tracking and basic budget monitoring
- Ensuring project information remains accurate, organized, and up to date
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a similar role
Strong oral and written skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in French, both oral and written, is an asset.
