  • Act as a point of contact for candidates to gather information, provide instructions, schedule meetings/webinars, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding immigration and settlement requirements.
  • Maintain trackers, databases, document templates, audit trails, and reporting tools to support immigration volumes and compliance.
  • Support onboarding and settlement logistics including webinar coordination, pre-arrival documentation, and post-arrival administrative processes.
  • Provide coordination support to internal HR teams regarding immigration documentation, letters, and process steps.

What You Bring

  • Post secondary education in administration, HR, Immigration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting immigration, compliance, regulatory, or legal processes.

  • Comfortable working with confidential information and structured compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable supporting virtual sessions via Webex, MS Teams, or Zoom.

Nice to have

  • RCIC designation (or in progress).
  • Experience with IRCC portals (GCKey, Employer Portal, PR Portal).
  • Exposure to LMIAs, work permits, PR applications, or regulated professions.
  • Proficiency in French.
