Job Description:

Supports end-to-end technology asset ownership for assigned applications or services, with a focus on execution, data accuracy, lifecycle activities, and adherence to enterprise technology, risk, and security standards. Works under guidance of senior technology leaders while being accountable for day-to-day technical stewardship of technology assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

  • Support the end-to-end technical stewardship of assigned technology assets (Business Applications and/or Technical Service Offerings) throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, enhancements, and retirement
  • Execute lifecycle management activities such as upgrades, patching, integrations, and technology currency actions in alignment with enterprise standards and direction
  • Act as a technical point of contact for assigned assets, supporting business partners and technology teams with technical information, impact assessments, and issue resolution
  • Partner with Business Application Owners (BAOs), architects, engineers, and platform teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs
  • Support incident, problem, and change management oversight by providing asset-specific technical input, root cause support, and remediation execution Assist with asset retirement activities, including uninstall coordination, inventory updates, and validation of asset data cleanup

SHAREHOLDER

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and current technology asset records in TD Asset Registry (TDAR), CMDB, and related systems, including ownership, environments, hosting, interfaces, and dependencies
  • Complete required data attestations, lifecycle updates, and "runs-on" validations in accordance with enterprise governance timelines
  • Ensure assigned assets comply with Technology Asset Life Cycle Management (TALM) standards and applicable technology, risk, and security requirements, escalating issues as needed
  • Support access management activities for onboarded applications, including entitlement accuracy, Separation of Duties (SoD) alignment, and remediation of access issues, in line with GIAM standards
  • Identify operational, technical, and security risks related to assigned assets and escalate to senior technology leaders where appropriate
  • Support technology currency and cost-effectiveness initiatives by identifying opportunities for upgrades, consolidation, or retirement

EMPLOYEE / TEAM

  • Participate fully as a member of the technology team, supporting a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment
  • Build effective working relationships with business partners, technology teams, and control functions to support asset management outcomes
  • Maintain awareness of enterprise technology standards, emerging risks, and regulatory expectations impacting assigned assets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to asset data quality, lifecycle execution, and operational efficiency
  • Share knowledge and best practices related to technology asset management within the team
  • Support a culture of risk awareness, compliance, and data integrity aligned with enterprise expectations

BREADTH & DEPTH

  • Solid knowledge of enterprise application environments, infrastructure components, and integration concepts
  • Working knowledge of technology asset lifecycle management, governance, and risk controls
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, RPAs(UiPath)
  • Performs moderately complex asset management and lifecycle tasks with limited supervision
  • Accountable for assigned assets while operating within defined standards, processes, and escalation paths
  • Collaborates with senior Technology Asset Owners, architects, and platform teams on complex issues
  • Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager within Technology

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technology, application support, platform operations, or related roles
  • Mandatory RPA experience
  • Experience with enterprise systems, asset registries, or technology governance processes preferred
