As their organization continues to scale, we are partnering with them on strengthening their finance function with the hire of a new Senior Financial Analyst. We are looking for someone who can elevate their forecasting, sharpen treasury management, and add significant value to a new high visibility FP&A request function designed to support leaders across the business.

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, in this dynamic SFA role, you will help build and enhance the company's forecasting and treasury capabilities, improve how financial information flows through the organization, and serve as a critical partner to leaders needing timely analysis. As a key member of the team, you will support day to day FP&A activities while taking ownership of key improvement initiatives that support their continued growth.

The successful candidate must show the ability to interact confidently with leadership to extract useful, forward looking insights and to deliver actionable insights back to the business.

Job Duties:

  • Strengthen treasury and cash forecasting, ensuring short?term and long?term liquidity needs are clearly understood and proactively communicated.
  • Be a key leading member of a new FP&A request/triage function - a highly visible responsibility where you receive, assess, action, or delegate ad hoc analytical requests across the company from operational leaders.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models that improve visibility into revenue, margin performance, operating expenses, and cash flow.
  • Support financial reporting and KPI tracking for specific subsidiaries or departments, ensuring the business has reliable information for decision?making.
  • Perform variance analysis and trend reviews, helping leadership understand drivers and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate, timely data and alignment across reporting processes.
  • Help evolve and streamline financial reporting tools, dashboards, and processes, including automation of recurring reports.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that support budgeting, cost management, and day?to?day financial decisions.
  • Support acquisition?related integration activities as needed by providing data, analysis, and forecasting support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent field.
  • CPA (or working towards) would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, modeling, and data interpretation.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations to clarify requests and accelerate problem?solving.
  • Naturally curious, adaptable, and proactive, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting and financial principles.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or planning tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast?paced, evolving environment
