As Case Manager, you will adjudicate, manage, and expedite complex and timeloss major claims, ensuring that each file is handled with fairness, accuracy, and efficiency. You will assess the employment, social, economic, and emotional impacts of workplace accidents on workers lives in order to determine their vocational rehabilitation entitlements in accordance with legislation, policy, and procedure. You will be working collaboratively with workers and employers to develop individualized vocational plans that support a safe and timely return to work. You will also oversee and manage the full rehabilitation process, providing guidance, coordination, and support from initial assessment through to successful case resolution.

What you bring to the role:

  • A bachelors degree in social science.
  • Four (4) years of Case management experience working with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills with changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience working with and developing vocational and rehabilitation plans.
