Placement Description: As a Student Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to the department while ensuring efficient office operations and excellent service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide general administrative support to departmental staff
• Perform daily administrative tasks in accordance with established policies, practices, and procedures
• Deliver professional customer service clients
• Support and promote the department's records management systems
• Handle, track, file, and maintain confidential documents in a secure and organized manner
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain departmental databases and records

Need to have:

• Language requirement: English
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Office Administration, Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences or a related degree

Nice to have: The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively use office technology, software, and applications. They should demonstrate key behavioural competencies such as effective communication, teamwork and collaboration, commitment to organizational goals, relationship and network building, and a results-oriented approach to their work.
