Cresco is hiring a Resident Manager for The Abraham

The Resident Manager will oversee the daily operations at The Abraham, a modern 112-unit mixed use commercial and residential building in the heart of Halifax, NS. With approximately 10,000 sq feet of commercial space, this position is ideally suited for an individual or a team able to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

We are searching for a candidate that can deliver exceptional residential and commercial tenant experiences, provide excellent property maintenance and upkeep, while looking after administration. The candidate is expected to work on-call (incl. evenings & weekends.)

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
  • Experience using work order property management software is an asset.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of Yardi Breeze Premiere software is an asset.
