Job Title: Dock Worker

Available Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $17.00 an hour

Location: Grand Falls, NL

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a Dockworker position on behalf of our client in Grand Falls-Windsor. Our customer is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the completion of manual tasks, such as working on the dock, assisting on the courier side sorting packages, loading and unloading freight, warehouse clean-up, breaking down pallets, and other general labor tasks. The successful candidate is also responsible for the operation of a forklift in the shipping and receiving department.

Responsibilities:

• Completing a variety of manual tasks
• Unloading and loading of freight
• Warehouse clean-up
• Breaking down pallets
• General labor duties
• Operation of a forklift

Candidate Qualifications:

• Forklift experience
• Forklift certification preferred, but not required
• Exceptional communication skills
• This role requires the submission of a Criminal Record Check
