Security System Technician

The Role

We're after someone who knows their way around CCTV systems and access control setups. If you're a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and occasionally leading others-this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing and maintaining CCTV systems

Setting up and supporting access control systems (Salto, Kantech preferred)

Troubleshooting system issues-both in person and remotely

Reading and working from blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Teaming up with project managers and mentoring junior techs when needed

Following safety standards and keeping job sites clean and efficient

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CCTV and access control

Comfortable running jobs on your own

Certified in Salto or Kantech (or willing to get certified)

Able to program/configure systems

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Good communicator and team player

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Valid Security License

TQ or TQ under supervision

Comfortable working on ladders and at heights

Okay with occasional travel for jobs
