This role works as part of the Stores team. The role will require interaction across the facility. This role requires someone who is willing and able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and communicate in a calm manner, able to resolve conflict as well as conflicting priorities when they arise. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Create, kit and receive work orders;
  • Use of computer programs such as SYSPRO, Unipoint, Sysdata:
  • Create work orders, deliver modules to appropriate department for trouble shooting;
  • Place received goods into StockTrack material required for sales orders insuring all assemblies are ordered, built and tested to meet ship dates
  • Receipt of goods from suppliers and data entry related to this, placing received goods/Fab items into Stock; Process ECR's, DWA's, SFR's;
  • Generate Shortage Reports where necessary;
  • Provide service to internal customers, as well as maintain stock levels;
  • Perform physical Stock counts according to cycle counting procedures and investigate discrepancies;
  • Make Spares Kits for transmitters as required;
  • Coordinate shipments to and from Bangor facility;
  • Requisition items as required;
  • Process non-conforming material including creation of non-conformance report;
  • Back-up for other roles.
