Date and Time: March 13, 2026- 12PM - 4PM at The Clarenville Inn (134 Trans-Canada Hwy, Clarenville, NL A5A 1Y3)

What We're Looking For:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (e.g., Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit/authorization).
  • Valid First Aid and Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: All healthcare workers must undergo assessment for tuberculosis
  • Vaccination Documentation: Proof of completion of the full series of childhood/primary vaccinations
  • Tdap Vaccine: One dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Acellular Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine required upon reaching 18 years of age
  • Booster Requirement: Tdap booster required every 10 years
  • Valid Class 5 Driver License & willingness to travel to sites within a reasonable driving distance
  • English (oral and written) fluency
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
  • Applicants lacking these certifications can participate in Paladin's UOF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding. The training is unpaid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
  • Hard-toed shoes or boots for safety compliance (composite preferred in MRI or sensitive areas)
  • Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
