We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Bilingual Inside Sales/Counter Representative. Individuals will commute to/from our Source Atlantic branch (6 2 Ave #4, Wabush, NL A0R 1B0) daily, but could be from Wabush, NL, Labrador City, NL, Fermont, QC, or surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In both French & English, provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers and respond to product inquiries by phone and by email
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, pricing, and alternatives
  • Process sales transactions, quotes, special orders, and returns accurately
  • Communicate order status, shipment details, and delivery timelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
  • Organize and move inventory to designated storage areas to maintain efficient warehouse operations
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and report receiving discrepancies
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment & assist with scheduled physical inventory counts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual: French & English (advanced/professionally) is a must
  • Though not required, preference will be given to individuals with customer service experience working in Industrial Supplies or related environment(s)
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed, whether it be counter, inside sales, warehouse, operations, etc
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Honest, dependable, and punctual with a proactive work ethic

Les candidats peuvent également être situés dans les régions environnantes telles que Fermont, Québec, Labrador City, Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, etc.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • En français et en anglais, fournir un service rapide et professionnel aux clients qui se présentent au comptoir et répondre aux demandes de renseignements sur les produits en personne, par téléphone et par courriel
  • Évaluer les besoins des clients et recommander des produits, des prix et des alternatives appropriés
  • Traiter avec précision les transactions de vente, les devis, les commandes spéciales et les retours
  • Communiquer l'état des commandes, les détails d'expédition et les délais de livraison
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les nouveaux clients et les clients fidèles.
  • Réceptionner et inspecter les livraisons entrantes afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et la qualité.
  • Préparer, emballer et préparer les commandes pour la livraison ou le retrait par le client.
  • Organiser et déplacer les stocks vers les zones de stockage désignées afin de maintenir l'efficacité des opérations de l'entrepôt.
  • Coordonner les livraisons entrantes et signaler les écarts de réception.
  • Utiliser en toute sécurité l'équipement de l'entrepôt et aider à l'inventaire physique prévu.
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches qui lui sont assignées.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

  • Bilinguisme : français et anglais (niveau avancé/professionnel) obligatoire
  • Bien que cela ne soit pas obligatoire, la préférence sera donnée aux candidats ayant une expérience dans le service à la clientèle dans le domaine des fournitures industrielles ou dans un environnement similaire
  • Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, avec une attitude professionnelle et positive.
  • Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et efficace.
  • Esprit d'équipe et volonté d'aider partout où cela est nécessaire, que ce soit au comptoir, dans les ventes internes, à l'entrepôt, dans les opérations, etc.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, avec un grand souci du détail et de la précision.
  • Honnêteté, fiabilité, ponctualité et éthique de travail proactive.
