What's the role all about?
As the Service and Parts Manager, you'll lead the daily operations and profitability of both departments, ensuring efficient workflows, strong financial performance, effective inventory control, and exceptional customer experiences while maintaining OEM and company standards.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee Service and Parts teams, providing leadership, accountability, and coaching to drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the Service and Parts Departments to achieve performance and profitability goals while fostering a customer-focused, inclusive culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalated concerns professionally.
- Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards, monitoring productivity and quality.
- Oversee daily operations including warranty, inventory management, ordering, pricing, and process improvements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize efficiency and gross margins.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
- Ensure compliance with OEM, safety, legal, and dealership standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven leadership and coaching experience within a dealership Service and/or Parts environment.
- Strong understanding of service and parts operations, inventory management, logistics, and financial controls.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle legislation, industry standards, and OEM service, parts, and warranty processes.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Initiative, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
Previous senior management experience in both Service and Parts? That's a strong asset!
