SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct authority of the Director of Logistics and Patient Flow for the zone, the selected person is responsible for the local management of all daily operations of the facility. Working in dyad with the Medical Director and/or sector managers, they mobilize key stakeholders and ensure liaison with the Network's leadership team. They support managers in overseeing services by carrying out administrative tasks and collaborate with a group of managers to ensure all non?clinical responsibilities are fulfilled.
The selected person also represents the Vitalité Health Network to community partners and is directly accountable to the CEO for coordination and community representation, while maintaining functional ties with all vice?presidents of the leadership team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree in health, administration or management;
- Master's degree (business administration, public administration, health services management) considered an asset;
- Minimum of two years' professional experience relevant to the position and/or in health services management;
- Excellent knowledge of the hospital system, its administration and its legal framework;
- Ability to work based on results-oriented objectives;;
