Department: Intergovernmental Affairs - Secretariat of Official Languages (SOL)
Placement Description: The mandate of SOL is to promote the Official Languages Act and administer its full implementation within the provincial government. To help it meet its objectives, the SOL is seeking an intern to assist with projects and research.
The intern will actively participate in research projects related to official languages, particularly in support of the working group led by the Department of Social Development regarding the capacity of nursing homes to provide services of equivalent quality in both official languages.
Qualifications:

• Language requirement: Bilingual (French and English)
• Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program.
• Experience in research and data analysis.

• Possess analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to analyze information from various sources, identify key elements and produce clear summaries.
• Can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
