Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities Management team located in Toronto is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! As the Receptionist for RBC Wealth Management, you will be the initial point of contact for our RBC46 Office. You will be responsible for greeting and receiving clients, guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner. As a valued member of our team, you will also assist with catering and other administrative duties as required.
What will you do?
- Answering and managing all calls on the reception phone.
- Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
- Provide attentive and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs.
- Complete administrative tasks to help the Management team: manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, catering, and provide support to the Branch Operations Manager when needed.
- Assisting with coordinating any staff functions.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in an Office environment
- A strong aptitude with MS Office products, i.e., Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong multi-tasking skills
Nice-to-have
- Post-Secondary Education
- Experience in the Financial and/or Investment Industry

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$38,000.00 - $47,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
