Role Overview:
BrunNet's Account Executives are responsible for prospecting and generating new business. They develop a deeper understanding of the client's needs through extensive research and discovery calls. They foster multiple touchpoints in the client's organization handle issues ranging from client satisfaction to identifying opportunities across the entire product/solutions suite. Our Account Executives act as advocates for our client's business and provide guidance in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of technological solutions to address their company's goals and objectives. These offerings may include computer hardware & software, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, AI and IT managed services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads by identifying and qualifying new customers and/or opportunities.
- Help develop and execute account plans and strategies to maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates on projects, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist Senior Account Executives in managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports, as required.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform account strategies.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset but not required.
- Must hold a valid Canadian driver's license.
- Must have Canadian residency.
- Must be bondable.
