Hours: Monday - Friday (Daytime)
Compensation: $40.00 per hour

Position Overview

Our established medical clinic, comprised of four dedicated physicians, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. We are looking for a clinical professional who thrives in a collaborative primary care environment and is highly proficient in digital charting and modern healthcare technology.

Core Responsibilities

• Preventative Health: Conducting well-baby visits, administering immunizations, and assisting with well-woman exams.
• Clinical Triage: Assessing patient needs both in-person and over the phone to prioritize care.
• Chronic Condition Management: Partnering with patients to manage long-term health issues through education and monitoring.
• Digital Documentation: Maintaining accurate, real-time patient records and managing tasks within the TELUS CHR (Collaborative Health Record).
• Physician Support: Collaborating with our four-physician team to streamline office flow and enhance patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Registration: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) currently registered with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB).
• Experience: Previous experience in Primary Care, Chronic Care Management, or Public Health is strongly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills are mandatory. Experience with CHR or a similar Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is a significant asset.
• Certifications: Must maintain all appropriate and up-to-date certifications required for RN practice in New Brunswick.
