Title: Senior Procurement Agent, Corporate Travel Services

In this role, you will :
- Lead the sourcing and procurement of services related to Corporate travel and other diverse corporate commodities.
- The role will manage suppliers, support contract negotiations, vendor governance, third-party risk management.
- The role will collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners and suppliers.
- Review, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with issues related to Corporate travel and help with resolution along with Travel Partner and internal teams.
- Develop new processes and tools to support Travel related activities.
- Support Procurement and Logistics teams during response season liaising with Travel Services team and partners.
What we look for :
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in supply chain management or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with procurement, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management.
- Bilingual written and oral English and French an asset
- Experience in travel related processes an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and work independently.

- Interaction with dissatisfied clients and resolution of client issues
- May provide surge support to team as required
- May be on call and work outside of normal hours
