In this role, you will :

• Lead the sourcing and procurement of services related to Corporate travel and other diverse corporate commodities.
• The role will manage suppliers, support contract negotiations, vendor governance, third-party risk management.
• The role will collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners and suppliers.
• Review, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with issues related to Corporate travel and help with resolution along with Travel Partner and internal teams.
• Develop new processes and tools to support Travel related activities.
• Support Procurement and Logistics teams during response season liaising with Travel Services team and partners.

What we look for :

• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in supply chain management or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with procurement, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management.
• Bilingual written and oral English and French an asset
• Experience in travel related processes an asset but not required.
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and work independently.

• May provide surge support to team as required
• May be on call and work outside of normal hours
