We are a well-established local commercial construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support our management team and field operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering accurate, efficient administrative and dispatch support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance requests with subcontractors
- Prepare, distribute, and track work orders to ensure timely completion
- Act as a central point of contact between field staff, subcontractors, and management
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and verify information for accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (commercial construction preferred)
- Community College diploma in Office Administration or similar program (required)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Professional and customer-service-oriented approach
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Compensation
