The Strategic & Editorial Content (SEC) Group is TD Wealth's content centre of excellence, responsible for developing editorial and strategic content that highlights the depth and breadth of TD Wealth expertise and showcases our thought leadership to TD clients and the world. The team is comprised of talented content professionals who bring together their editorial, production, creative and technical expertise to create industry-leading financial content across digital and broadcast streams. SEC properties include: MoneyTalk "Brought to you by TD," available at www.moneytalkgo.com and distributed across multiple TD ecosystems, MoneyTalk Live, streamed daily through TD WebBroker, and MoneyTalk on BNN Bloomberg, broadcast weekly, and multiple live and original programming through various digital and social channels each week.
Job Description
As a Strategic Content Producer, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact corporate video and editorial content in support of senior executives and key business priorities across TD Wealth and the broader TD enterprise. You will be a trusted creative and strategic partner to leaders — able to translate complex business strategies, organizational priorities, and market perspectives into clear, compelling, and polished content for internal and external audiences.

Job Responsibilities
Executive Content & Corporate Storytelling:
Partner closely with senior leaders to shape and produce strategic corporate content, including executive videos, leadership messages, event content, and enterprise communications.
Translate business strategy, performance priorities, and organizational direction into clear, engaging scripts and storylines.
Develop executive-ready scripts, talking points, and briefing materials aligned to corporate tone, voice, and messaging standards.
Provide coaching, preparation, and rehearsal support for executives and senior subject-matter experts appearing on camera.
Strategic Alignment & Business Understanding:
Build a deep understanding of TD Wealth and TD enterprise priorities to ensure content aligns to key business objectives and initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping refine business asks into effective content strategies and formats.
Develop detailed creative briefs that define purpose, audience, messaging, tone, and success metrics.
Ensure content supports enterprise narratives, change initiatives, and leadership communications.
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead projects end-to-end, from intake through delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for executive offices and business partners.
Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies with multiple senior stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication and ensure alignment at key milestones.
Balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Creative & Production Oversight:
Oversee creative development, scripting, and story structure to ensure clarity, accuracy, and executive-level polish.
Coordinate with production teams (video, design, motion, editors) and external partners as required.
Attend and support recordings and shoots to ensure content meets creative, technical, and messaging standards.
Ensure all content reflects TD's brand, accessibility, and quality expectations.
Quality, Governance & Risk Management:
Ensure all content meets legal, compliance, accessibility, and brand requirements in a regulated environment.
Manage review and approval workflows with risk, legal, and communications partners.
Ensure appropriate disclosures, language, and regulatory considerations are embedded early in development.
Manage bilingual and translation requirements as needed.
Job Requirements
7+ years - experience producing corporate or executive-level content in a complex, regulated organization.
5+ years in writing for corporate content/tone + executive scripting, and enterprise storytelling.
Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and executive offices.
Strong at translating strategy into clear, audience-focused communication.
Highly organized, diplomatic, and confident managing multiple high-profile projects.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, professional content that supports business outcomes.
Curious about evolving digital and video formats for corporate communications.
