On the Bell Business Markets team, you'll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Whats the role?- Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, effort, assumptions, dependencies and develop process improvements that can mitigate challenges identified.
- Manage business improvement plans and ensure priorities are set and executed accordingly.
- Implement process improvements that provide productivity gains for the sales organization, augment speed to market, reduce risk and meet due diligence requirements.
- Take ownership of the sales process that is assigned to you and act as Bell Business Market sales Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Define, establish, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales processes to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for process deviations, inefficiencies, and recurring issues to implement sustainable solutions
- Leverage AI capabilities and other automation technologies to identify, analyze, and implement optimizations for existing sales processes, driving efficiency and enhancing user experience
- Identify Opex/Capex requirements for your initiatives and build out benefit projections
- Develop detailed business requirements, build compelling business cases, and articulate the value proposition for new AI solutions.
- Develop an integrated plan of process improvements, set a timeline and track progress until completion.
- Align all internal stakeholders specific to the proposed process improvement and receive sign-off from all impacted stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams throughout all of BCE to identify areas of sales process, and tools improvement for Bell Business Market Sales Team and address any issues or challenges stakeholders in the process have.
- Diligently document process and process changes.
- Develop tools and deliver presentations related to sales processes for a large number of sellers.
- Lead the conceptualization, definition, and development of new AI-driven process improvements within the BBM sales organization.
- Act as the Bell Business Markets (BBM) sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI initiatives, providing strategic guidance and insights for development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth transition, user adoption, and sustained adherence to new and improved sales processes
- Develop communication plans and bulletins to announce changes in sales processes
- Create detailed Job Aid for the Sales team to understand the change and for the training team to use to develop training
- Train all users of processes whenever new changes are implemented or provide refreshers when needed.
- Serve as a coach and consultant to all stakeholders in the sales processes.
Education/ Experience
- 6+ years experience with demonstrated results
- University degree – Business Administration (undergraduate or MBA).
- Process management/design, project management, Change management or coordination experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce.com tools is considered an asset.
- AI & Business Application Knowledge: Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their practical application in sales processes and business operations.
- Financial & Business Acumen: Demonstrated strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.
- Contracting & Sales Governance: Expertise in the Bell Business Market contracting process, Sales Governance frameworks, and associated best practices.
- SOx Compliance: Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance requirements and their impact on sales processes.
- Bell Products & Offerings: Comprehensive knowledge of Bell processes, products, and offerings, with a deep understanding of the relevant solution and/or product mix.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams effectively, maximizing individual strengths and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strategic Leadership & Risk Management: Demonstrated leadership in eliciting innovative solution ideas, identifying project risks, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
