Pleasant Timber Mart is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Consultant. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to support their building and renovation projects, answering product questions, preparing and placing material orders, assisting at the sales desk, and delivering exceptional customer service every day. We pride ourselves on customer service. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn. If you take pride in helping others, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are motivated to grow your knowledge in the building supply industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Product Knowledge
- Ability to order goods
- Help customers solve household problems
- Maintain stock in store
- Ability to always provide strong customer service
- Carpentry knowledge is an asset
- Job involves some heavy lifting
- Ability to adapt to a quick moving environment
