Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and qualify leads through professional social media, digital outreach, and online channels.
- Discovery Sessions: Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand prospective client objectives.
- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the value of our leadership and professional development programs.
- Relationship Management: Nurture professional relationships and support the enrollment process for qualified candidates.
- System Management: Utilize our established CRM and business systems to maintain accurate records.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and global leadership sessions.
Professional Background Required
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in identifying and qualifying high-level prospects.
- Exceptional communication skills and business judgment.
- Ability to operate with total autonomy and professional accountability.
- A genuine interest in the personal growth and leadership development industry.
