Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Analytics, you will partner with digital product owners and development teams and use data to understand the customer acquisition journey in our digital and physical channels. In this role, you will perform in-depth analyses of users' digital interactions to inform actionable strategies to optimize the customer acquisition experience and drive client growth.

What will you do?

  • Partner with digital product owners and development teams to define analytics requirements and KPIs aligned with client acquisition and growth targets

  • Analyze digital data from web and mobile channels to measure the performance of existing client acquisition funnels, and use this to identify optimization opportunities

  • Design and implement A/B and multi-variate tests with statistical rigour, ensuring adequate sample sizes and appropriate significance levels

  • Develop and maintain Tableau and Quicksight dashboards that provide stakeholders with visibility into key metrics

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling ways that drive data-driven decision-making and influence digital product strategy

  • Manage competing priorities, timelines, and expectations across multiple initiatives

  • Define, communicate and enforce reporting and analytics standards, policies and data governance

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and reporting capabilities

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 4+ years of work experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles within a large, complex organization

  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Scala, or PySpark)

  • Exposure to analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team player with a track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agile team

Nice-to-have:

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree with focus in quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting)

  • Strong experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and/or Amazon Quicksight is a big plus
