We're looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping IT running smoothly in a mission-critical environment.

The Role

As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day technical support. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support users in the office and remote locations, and ensure our systems stay reliable so our teams can stay focused on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Install, Maintain and troubleshoot In-Cab E-log systems.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, user accounts, and equipment
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and common business applications
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (accounts, equipment, access)
  • Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when needed
  • Occasionally provide after-hours or on-call support, as required

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in desktop or technical support preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
  • Self-starter who can prioritize tasks in a busy environment

Considered an Asset

  • Experience supporting transportation or logistics operations and TMS Systems.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • SQL, SQL Server Reporting.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
  • Mechanically inclined.
