Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cabinet Maker / Shop Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the fabrication, assembly, packaging and shipping of custom cabinetry and millwork. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, hands-on woodworking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and assembling custom cabinets and millwork
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
• Sand, prep, and finish cabinetry components
• Load/unload materials and maintain shop organization
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
• Heavy lifting involved

Qualifications:

• Experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or woodworking preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Shipping experience
