Rhino Surfaces NB is a New Brunswick-based installation company specializing in high-quality resin-bound surface systems for residential, commercial, and municipal clients. We are building a skilled, reliable crew with clear growth opportunities and long-term career stability.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, permanent Labourer position designed for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and interested in learning a specialized trade. No prior resin experience is required; full training is provided.

Year 1 - Labourer (Entry Level)

Annual Salary: $47,840

  • Assist with site preparation, including base prep and clean-up
  • Support mixing and handling of resin-bound materials
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Learn installation techniques, safety standards, and equipment use

Important Note:

  • Work is seasonal and weather-dependent
  • Winter workload is reduced
  • Full annual salary is paid year-round, including winter months
  • Winter period may include training, equipment maintenance, and planning support

The successful candidate will be required to submit a current Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract.

Year 2 - Senior Labourer

Annual Salary: $55,000

  • Increased responsibility on job sites
  • Confident operation of mixers and installation tools
  • Assist with measuring, setting levels, and quality control
  • Mentor and support new labourers
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and daily site objectives

Year 3 - Lead Labourer / Crew Support

Annual Salary: $65,000

  • Act as lead support to the Foreman on site
  • Coordinate workflow and task sequencing
  • Ensure installation quality and efficiency
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Prepare for advancement into Foreman or specialized technical roles
