What is the opportunity?

The account services representative receives, investigates, and responds to all customer/partner inquiries and complaints regarding products and services provided by Cash Services; processes basic bank service transactions. Maintains detailed documentation and accurately balances coin inventory and coin holdings. Applies basic knowledge of basic concepts, terminology, and requirements to support area of responsibility and performs well-defined/routine tasks.

What will you do?

  • Balance inventory holdings within department, Armoured Car Carrier companies coin holdings.
  • Investigate differences with effective communication with branches, customers and partners via email/telephone.
  • Maintain accuracy with great attention to detail and organized documentation.
  • Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed.
  • Provide consistent service within established client service commitments within cash currency operations department.
  • Ensure all documents are examined for completeness and accuracy and take appropriate steps for any corrections needed.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors to Team Leader
  • Employees understand and accept changes as it relates to their role and commitment to client fulfillment.
  • Exercise due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. Adheres to all policy and procedures required of role
  • Ensures all authorities (SECAF, Delegated Authorities, Anti-Money Laundering, Systems access, etc.) are adhered to, reviewed and understood.
  • Employees take personal responsibility for high achievement; actively participates in coaching opportunities to improve their individual and team contribution.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Cash handling and balancing experience.
  • Digital/technical computer experience, Microsoft, Excel, Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, team oriented, with strong organizational and investigative skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, be able to stand or sit for the entire shift & be able to work in a physically strenuous environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between operating hours of 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
  • Ability to work on tight timelines and high volumes of work in production environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience working in Financial Institution.
