Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

SABIAN is in search of a candidate to join our team in the position of shipping/receiving. Qualified candidates must be capable and willing to learn the following duties and responsibilities:

· Conduct packaging (brown box) inventory end of each month

· Order brown boxes and heat-treated skids as required

· Cycle count Artisan bags bi-weekly

· Cycle count Polly bags monthly

· Cycle count Plain Polly bags bi-monthly

· Perform all purchase order receipts

· Oversee unloading of gon bop and accessory items and put into inventory shelf location

· Obtain track ID's for assembly and put into proper bin in Sys Pro

· Monitor lower bin inventories to assure quantity is correct

· Maintain organized and clean warehouse

· Package orders

· Address damaged packaging on product that is received in LTL

· Maintain the 1R (return) warehouse in Sys Pro

· Receive all products from Houlton (our truck), including RMAs (returned material)

· Maintain bins for accessories

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Grade 12 Diploma

On job training provided

Computer literacy (ADP, Shop Clock, excel)

Team player

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Physical Requirements:

· Repetitive work

· Standing for long periods

· Heavy lifting up to 12 kg

· Overtime as required

· 80% hands on, 20?ministrative

· Push a cart of cymbals weighing up to 500 lbs.
