On the Consumer and Small business team you'll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. From Bell's best networks for the home, the office and on the go to the member benefits at Virgin Plus to the cheap and cheerful plans at Lucky Mobile we meet the connectivity needs of all customer segments in Canada.

Summary

The campaign marketing team is looking for a creative and strategic marketer with strong analytical skills to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role focuses on developing integrated campaigns, leveraging insights to improve performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Execution & Optimization: Manage all phases of campaign delivery - from planning and development to deployment and optimizations, across digital and traditional channels.
  • Leverage Industry Insights: Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities, inform campaign strategies, and maintain Bell's market leadership.
  • Audience Targeting: Use data, segmentation, and behavioral insights to refine messaging strategies, and improve customer acquisition across channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze results and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marcom, Media, Pricing, and Channel teams to ensure seamless 4P execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Innovation & Testing: Drive A/B testing and explore new tactics, channels, and methods to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Critical Qualifications
  • 2+ years in marketing, strategy, or planning related roles; experience in telecommunications or related industries is a strong asset.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and using insights to optimize performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate campaign strategies.


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
