Job Description
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a Tools & Process Enablement Lead to help strengthen how our project delivery teams planning, collaboration, and reporting using enterprise tools.
You will play a key role in enabling consistent, high-quality project execution by supporting platforms such as PlanView, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Connect, while also developing training, materials, and reporting visualizations that help teams and leaders make better decisions.
What will you do?
- Serve as a functional lead for project delivery tools including PlanView, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Connect
- Maintain tool structures, workflows, templates, and usage standards and Ensure tools are aligned with project governance and reporting processes
- Identify improvement opportunities to make tools more efficient and user-friendly and Keep documentation up to date as tools and processes evolve
- Define and document best practices for how tools should be used across different types of initiatives. Keep documentation up to date as tools and processes evolve
- Support onboarding of new projects into tool environments and Help teams use tools in a way that supports delivery, not administrative burden
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for project managers, workstream leads, and delivery teams. Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Connect
- Provide coaching and hands-on support to improve tool confidence and adoption and Act as a go-to resource for tool-related questions
- Create and maintain Training presentations, User guides and quick-reference materials and Process walkthroughs and tool playbooks
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 5+ years hands-on experience with enterprise project or work management tools (e.g., PlanView, Jira, Confluence) and understanding how teams use them to plan and track work.
- Strong understanding of project delivery and governance processes, including planning, status reporting, and portfolio visibility.
- Proven ability to deliver training or facilitate sessions, explaining system and process concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience creating professional enablement materials such as training decks, user guides, and process documentation.
- Ability to translate process and reporting requirements into practical tool configurations, templates, and workflows while maintaining data quality
Nice-to-have
- Experience building dashboards or data visualizations
- Knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project delivery methodologies
- Experience in governance or reporting environments
