Title: General Labour - Fabric Technician
Location: Puslinch , ON
Wage: $20.96/ hr + $1 shift premium (Afternoon/Night)
Shift: Afternoons 3?PM-11?PM | Nights 11?PM-7?AM (Monday - Friday, OT usually available)

On behalf of our client, The Farley Group, we are seeking Fabric Technicians for a bright, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Successful candidates will be responsible for fusing and heat-sealing fabrics while meeting production standards.

Job Description
• Read and interpret fabric drawings
• Fuse large fabric pieces using heat-sealing equipment
• Work collaboratively in a small team environment
• Stand, bend , squat, pull, and lift materials (team lifting often required)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Requirements
• Ability to perform physically active tasks, including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting
• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable in a bright, temperature-controlled workspace
• No safety shoes required; footwear should have white soles to avoid marking fabric
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
