Job Title: General Labour : Restoration Cleaner

Location: St. John's

Available Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (Including Saturdays) 2-to-3-week project

Rate of Pay: $18.00 an hour

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a General Labor: Cleaner position on behalf of our client in St. John's. Our customer is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual, who can work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the completion of manual tasks, such as cleaning carpets, furniture, and restoration cleaning. This successful candidate must be able to work as a team player.

Responsibilities:

•Loading and unloading materials;

•Moving cleaning products;

•Job site cleaning (dumping of garbage, cleaning carpets and surfaces, and restoration;

•Excellent verbal and written skills;

•Documenting file notes using smart phone/tablet.

Candidate Qualifications:

•Able to stand for extended periods;

•Must be punctual and on time;

•Exceptional communications skills;

•Exceptional written skills;

•Restoration Experience;

•Carpentry experience;

•Able to work in a fast paced environment;

•Able to work in a team environment;

•IICRC certification would be considered an asset;

•This role requires the submission of Criminal Record Check.
