Chief Officer

We are a Ship Management and crewing company operating and managing DP shuttle tankers, harbour tugs, bulk carrier, cargo vessel, oceangoing tug and barge, pilot boats, Ro-Ro passenger ferry and product tankers. In addition, we provide crew management services to other vessel owners and operators. We offer excellent compensation, pension plans and benefits.

Chief Officer - CRT Express (Tug & Barge)

At present, we are recruiting for a Chief Officer for the CRT Express, Tug and Barge Operation for the 2026 operating season.

Operating Area: Hudson Bay/Northern Quebec

· Operating season (June-November)

Compensation/Rotations/Benefits:

· $800 Consolidated Day Rate

· Benefits cost shared between employer and employee from June - November.

· Basic Benefits available at no cost to employee from December to May

Candidate Requirements:

• CM 500 GT-NC or WKM NC (higher certification considered an asset)
• Valid Seafarers Medical
• GOC
• Experience with tug operations in the Arctic Region considered an asset
• Polar Waters Certification would be considered an asset
• French speaking would be considered an asset
• Criminal Record Check
