The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Asset Management Co-Op Student to join our Asset Integrity team in Sudbury.
This is an on-site position, working a Monday – Friday schedule. This is a 12 month-fixed term co-op position starting in April/May 2026
As an Asset Management Co-Op Student you will be responsible for producing and performing engineering assessment reports, as well as preparing detailed inspection plans for a variety of equipment, including structures, tanks, piping, and pressure vessels.
Additionally, in this position you will:
- Conduct inspections in coordination with the NDE team to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Assist/organize metallurgical failure analysis
- Assist with other Asset Management improvement initiatives (lubrification and filtration, Best Practice implementation, etc.) at Ontario sites.

About You
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a co-op program and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self?management skills.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative.
- Strong safety awareness, particularly when working in operational or field environments.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
