Job Title: Senior Warehouse Associate (Forklift Certification Required)

Location:Colborne, ON

Shift / Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Start Date:ASAP

Pay Rate:$23.50 to $24.50 per hour to start (Rate may increase based on experience)

We are currently looking for a Senior Warehouse Associate with strong forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and requires comfort working both inside the warehouse and, at times, outdoors in an exterior yard. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and confident operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, move, and stage materials using RF scanners
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking and material handling
• Handle larger items such as cable reels and spools
• Load reels, transformers, and other materials onto flat deck trailers
• Work outdoors when required, including forklift operation in the yard
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements

Requirements

• Valid forklift certification is required
• Proven experience operating counterbalance and reach forklifts
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and RF scanning systems
• Experience with general warehouse functions
• Steel-toe safety footwear is required
