­Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and problem resolution to staff on a broad range of Energy Marketing business applications and IT infrastructure;
• Provide installation and maintenance support for Energy Marketing software applications;
• Design, develop, and implement full-stack application solutions that meet business requirements.
• Analyze IT incidents and triage enhancement requests to evaluate the level of secondary support required;
• Provide application support and maintenance including daily checks, minor fixes or changes and validate application upgrades/patches, using best-practices, to minimize business disruption;
• Assist Energy Marketing staff with inventory, installation and maintenance of workstations and associated hardware and software - including, but not limited to, liaising with industry peers, vendors and corporate IS regarding best practices and standards;
• Provide after-hours support, as required;
• Maintain a working knowledge of Energy Marketing processes and an understanding of general tasks undertaken by the Energy Marketing team to support the team in achieving goals and objectives.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

­What We're Looking For:

• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships with members of various teams;
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities.

­What You'll Need:

A University Degree in a Computer Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in computer system design, development, implementation, enhancement, training and support of systems. A minimum of 5 years progressive IT experience, with emphasis on high complexity multi-language programming and business process analysis.
