Inside Sales Representatives are key members of Ring Rescue's Commercial team, responsible for managing inbound demand, qualifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth across healthcare, fire, EMS, and all respective markets. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective customers, delivering a professional, consultative, and high-integrity buying experience while advancing leads through the sales pipeline to close.


The successful candidate will combine strong communication skills, disciplined CRM execution, and a customer-first mindset to support direct sales efforts. This position plays a critical role in supporting Ring Rescue's mission to define the standard of care in stuck ring removal by ensuring timely follow-up, accurate data management, and consistent engagement with customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from healthcare, fire, EMS, and law enforcement professionals within target markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by engaging prospective customers with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach that delivers a high-quality buying experience.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualification calls to identify needs, assess fit, and develop sales-ready opportunities for progression through the pipeline.
  • Close Top Opportunities and Qualified Leads.
  • Engage customers to increase consumable utilization based on purchase history, providing both purchase logistics and training opportunities.
  • Manage and update all customer, lead, and opportunity information accurately within HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate records of all customer interactions, activities, and next steps in HubSpot.
  • Execute consistent and effective follow-up with prospects to advance opportunities toward closure and support long-term customer retention.
  • Close sales directly where appropriate and support handoff to field sales.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, both virtually and in person, to prospective and existing customers as required.
  • Provide customer training, onboarding support, and educational materials to end users and internal teams.
  • Support and attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads, engage prospects, and drive sales activity as required.
  • Work toward achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall company growth objectives.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as the business evolves and commercial needs expand.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in outbound sales is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (HubSpot
  • preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
