We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and is looking for a stable, long-term career with opportunities for growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Build trust by clearly explaining maintenance and repair needs
- Create and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and regular updates
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Customer service experience (automotive experience is an asset, not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Confidence working with customers and problem-solving in real time
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, not mandatory
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
