We are a Ship Management and crewing company operating and managing DP shuttle tankers, harbour tugs, bulk carrier, cargo vessel, oceangoing tug and barge, pilot boats, Ro-Ro passenger ferry and product tankers. CANMAR - Cargo Vessel (Master)

At present, we are recruiting the following position for m/v Canmar (Cargo Vessel). The Canmar transports bulk cargo from New Brunswick to Newfoundland. Rotations 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off and excellent compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Applicants for this position should hold the following Canadian Certificate of Competence:
• Master - Master 3000 GT, Domestic
• Marine Duties Refresher
• Valid Seafarers Medical
• Valid GOC-GMDSS
• Marine Advanced First Aid
• Confined Space Entry
• WHMIS
• Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test
• Criminal Record Check

Experience:

• Strong Ship Maneuvering Skills
• Operate in a cost-effective manner according to regulations, codes and guidelines
• Ensure that before proceeding to sea, the ship is fully equipped and safe for the intended voyage. The requirement with regards to stability, ballast and stowage of cargo are to receive his/her careful attention

Compensation:

Annual Salary - $144,200,00 - RRSP 5% matched by Company - Travel Entitlement - Benefits Package
