Who you are
You have a worked in Health Care setting for a minimum of 3 years and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You have experience in managing in a unionized environment in addition to planning, coordination, facilitation, and team building.
What you will do
The Health Records / Registration Manager is responsible for coordinating, overseeing and reporting on support functions related to Health Records and Admitting.
- Monitor productivity and provide day-to-day oversight and support
- Develop staff work schedules
- Develop, implement and/or monitor policies and procedures
- Initiate quality improvement processes
- Conduct performance appraisal
- Manage budgets
- Assist with hiring and training of new staff
