SummaryPosition: Promotions Coordinator, Bell Media, Non-mgmt

- Contribute to the development and execution of promotional strategies in collaboration with internal teams (promotion, programming, local and national sales)
- Draft presentation and follow-up documents
- Process requests for on-air mentions, contests/draws, media creativity, and synergies from local and national sales
- Coordinate and supervise the production of promotional content (radio, digital, social media)
- Update promotional calendars and the mentions logbook
- Ensure follow-up on prizes and winners
- Prepare broadcast contracts and book advertising inventory
- Coordinate and supervise field activities (contacts, suppliers, signage, event setup and teardown)
- Carry out certain promotional purchases
- Manage follow-ups related to the maintenance of promotional vehicles
- Contribute to the efficient management of promotional materials and items (clothing, merchandise, etc.)
- Perform any other related duties as requested by the supervisor
- Post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, administration, or a related digital field (an asset)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years in a similar position, ideally in media or advertising agency (an asset)
- Excellent written and spoken French; English is an asset
- Ability to express and organize ideas clearly and precisely
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Facebook Manager, Canva, or other presentation software
- Experience with project management tools
- Comfortable using social media platforms effectively
- A valid Driver Licence Class 5
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset
